Overview

Take advantage of the long Summer days in Gran Canaria (and enjoy a morning without the alarm clock!) and join us onboard our Afternoon Cruise. Fun, relaxation, stunning scenery, amazing service, sea breeze and sunshine. Afrikat - our award winning, luxurious catamaran cruising the coast of Gran Canaria from Puerto Rico. An all-inclusive boat experience including food , drinks, fun speedboat ride with our Captain, a chance to swim with snorkelling equipment & discounted Watersports. You can enjoy adventure and see the amazing island of Gran Canaria from a different perspective – on the sea! Leaving from Puerto Base, Puerto Rico, we cruise along the coastline of the Gran Canaria, enjoying the amazing views and beautiful weather towards a calm crystal clear bay. Here we anchor - enjoy a swim in the refreshing water and try snorkelling – we recommend that you bring your own equipment whenever possible. Craving fun, speed or adventure? – then try the donut ride or Jet-ski or experience parasailing – all water sports at a special discounted rate. You can also take a fun journey with the Captain in our speedboat. Our crew serve a delicious meal for you. Throughout your time with us on board, there is a choice of Sangria, beer, soft drinks, juice or water available.

Booked trip through TUI at hotel and really enjoyed it. Fabulous relaxing trip out to visit caves on speedboat, then some snorkeling. Enjoyed the all inclusive food, soft drinks and beers.
Staff were really plesant and talkative. Really enjoyed the music on way back plus the saxophone player.

We enjoyed a very nice day out on the water with Afrikat. You get a different perspective from the water looking at the land. Plenty of cold beer and a nice meal as well.

Highly recommended fabulous cruise. We have a great afternoon on board the staff go out of their way to ensure you enjoy yourselves. Treat yourself you will not regret it free speed boat trip we also went jet skiing at a very good price

We had a really enjoyable day on the AfriKat boat tour.

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout.

The free speed boat ride and the reduction on the water sports was also a bonus.

The food was ok and the drink were cold and free flowing.

The journey back was accompanied by a Sax player which topped off a great day.

Not what we expected

Unfortunately our Jet2 rep sold us the dream and it was not exactly how we had imagined. She told us it would be half capacity also, this wasn’t the case and if you wanted any chance of a sun bed you would be like sardines in a can.
