Designed by Fabregas in 1969 and renovated in 2002, the modernist Hotel Concorde is situated just 50 metres from Las Canteras beach and 300 metres from the shopping centre of Las Palmas. The 128 guestrooms are decorated in a simple traditionally-influenced style with tile flooring, and soft furnishings in floral fabrics. All have large windows opening onto balconies, and satellite television, Internet ports and telephones are available. Guests can enjoy swimming in the outdoor pool and lounging on the sun terrace that overlooks the beach. The 16th Century Fort of La Luz is one kilometre away, and the historic Plaza de Santa Ana is five kilometres distance.
